Is there a limit to how many events Philly can host on the Parkway? Didn’t think so. You know the deal: Come 4th of July Weekend, Wawa’s Welcome America Festival makes its return to the Parkway with a FREE six-day festival celebrating America’s rich and diverse history.
Here’s What You Need to Know:
From June 29th—July 4th, Wawa Welcome America celebrates our nation’s finest multicultural and multigenerational movements on stage in our nation’s birthplace!
But this isn’t just a one-and-done deal—there are more than 50 events throughout the six-day festival to entertain you and your crew, not to mention headliners like Mary J. Blige, Boyz II Men and Kidz Bop hitting the stage on July 4th.
To wrap up the fun, the festival is ending with a bang. Literally. At 9:30 p.m. on July 4th, concert goers will be treated to an extensive fireworks show. Does it get any more American than that?
