This request for qualifications is being issued by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (the “Authority”). The Authority is soliciting written responses from qualified firms to serve as legal bond counsel and co-bond counsel with respect to the issuance of bonds related to certain agreements between the Philadelphia Parking Authority and the City of Philadelphia.
Interested firms will need to register by emailing Mary Wheeler, Manager of Contract Administration, at mwheeler@philapark.org prior to downloading the attached RFQ documents in order to participate in this solicitation.
